Ginger shared information on peace of mind through preparedness. Ginger's background covers many lands and many accomplishments. She holds a Master’s Degree in French and loves to teach as a private tutor. She has lived in France and Australia. Ginger is a certified risk management specialist in the area of identity theft and legal issues.

Presenters: Dr. Misty Paul and Rebecca Harrigan, CMT
Dr. Misty Paul graduated from Union College in Schenectady, NY with a BS degree and then earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College in St. Louis, Mo.
Dr. Paul demonstrated chiropractic and stability exercises. Focusing on strengthening core and spinal muscles to encourage balance, health, and longevity, Misty explained the many diverse benefits of chiropractic care and proper skeletal alignment. Dr. Misty's mission is to provide LWBF members (and her patients) with tools to care for themselves and their spines.
Rebecca Harrigan, the best massage therapist in town, spoke regarding our own internal view of ourselves, exploring how we can love ourselves and move forward from that place of love.
Rebecca has been a massage therapist for 7 years. Practicing in California, New Jersey and finally in Virginia with specialized training in prenatal massage and hot stone massage.
